David's Hill, Oakerthorpe, Nr Alfreton

LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

A field of permanent grass with an area of 22.179 acres known as David's Hill, Oakerthorpe, Near Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7LP.

The land is situated to the rear of Lisset Close and is accessed from the B6013 Heage to Clay Cross Road. Access to the field slopes towards the west.

There is a telephone mast which is enclosed by fencing in the south western corner of the field. The Mast is not included in the sale, but there is a right of way granted in the Lease to the Mast Company allowing them to access the Mast at anytime.

The land is currently let by tenancy agreement to a local farmer and will be available with vacant possession, except for the telephone mast which is occupied by Cornerstone.
